What do you charge?
As many people are aware, real estate agents are based off a commission pay. Fortunately, if you are a buyer, you pay nothing out of pocket to me, as I will be compensated once escrow closes from the Listing agent. For sellers, this varies on the value of the home, with my resources, I charge 6% for homes worth less than $500,000, and 5% for homes worth over $500,000.

How long have you been an agent?
I have been a licensed Broker since April of 2022, however prior to obtaining my license, I was at Fresno State working on a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. I also worked 1 year as an Inside Sales Agent helping agents in Northern California, as well as the Tri-Valley East Bay.

Do you work solo, or on a team?
Although all agents are independent contractors, I am currently on the #1 Real Estate Team in the Central Valley, the Zuber Real Estate Team. This helps me with the best connections in town, and leveraging getting deals accepted. This also means we have a full time Transaction Coordinator and Administrator, ensuring a smooth transaction. We have the highest number of listings and sales throughout any agent/team in the Fresno Metro Area.

How much are Closing Costs?
Closing costs typically run between 3%-5%. This includes but not limited to: Loan Origination fee, escrow charges, title insurance premium, pest inspection, NHD reports, etc.

Where and When do we meet?
We can meet at your convenience and whatever time frame works for you. My favorite places to meet for the first time are either coffee or lunch, however I also have an office space on Palm and Herndon. Below is an address.
