Alex Dior
Broker Associate & REALTOR®
My name is Alex and I’m a Fresno local through and through. Real estate has always been a true passion of mine, not just for the business opportunity, but for the relationships, problem-solving, and the privilege of helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I earned my degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Fresno State, and since then have dedicated my career to helping clients navigate the market with clarity, confidence, and trust.
When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, I’m usually outside. I love mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, and taking my Jeep off-road any chance I get. Nature keeps me grounded and reminds me why I value genuine connection and community so much.
At the core, real estate to me is personal, not transactional. I believe people deserve an agent who listens, communicates, and truly puts their needs first. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property you’ve outgrown, or planning your next move, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Buying
Buying real property can be a stressful period in a buyers life. Having an agent that keeps your best interest in mind is my fiduciary duty. I understand that for the general population, this is the biggest financial decision they will make. This sole reason is why I dedicate real estate as my full-time passion, making sure to communicate every detail and take away all that stress.

Being a professional in this industry, real estate is my game each and every day. Whether you are looking to purchase a re-sale home or a new construction, my expertise will guide you every step of the way. I whole heartedly believe "people don't like being told to shop, but they love shopping with friends." Let me be your friend.
Selling
Selling your home can be a very difficult time. Not only is there uncertainty of markets and where a homeowner will move to, but sentimentally hard to let go. I understand all the emotions, and I am there to make your life easier. Whether it's selling your home for top dollar, or being a shoulder you can lean on and talk to, my guarantee is to make you comfortable.

A homeowner is aware of their needs and requirements, which is why having professionalism is of the utmost importance to me. I view real estate as my career in which I am passionate for, not a part-time job. My guarantee to you is a professional atmosphere, but we can still sit down and talk about life down the road.

Social Media
I focus on maintaining a social media presence. This ensures your home will be on my Instagram, Facebook, etc., reaching as many people as I could.
Networking
I love getting along with new people and anybody. This also includes other agents whom I network with who may have a client, or a home for sale that fits my clients' needs.
Trilingual
I am a U.S born Ukrainian. Both of my parents immigrated to America and I understand and speak Ukrainian and Russian, and of course English.
FAQ
What do you charge?
As many people are aware, real estate agents are based off a commission pay. There has been a lot of talk about new real estate laws, and commissions have always been negotiable. For listings, I love to meet in person at your home and show my worth, and negotiate my fees. For buyers, I also prefer going over my game plan, and how I can get your dream home. In this market, most sellers have still paid a buyer's agent.

How long have you been an agent?
I have been a licensed Broker since April of 2022, however prior to obtaining my license, I was at Fresno State working on a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. I also worked 1 year as an Inside Sales Agent helping agents in Northern California, as well as the Tri-Valley East Bay.

Do you work solo, or on a team?
Although all agents are independent contractors, I am currently creating my own team for maximum efficiency in helping clients. There are over 180 moving parts in a real estate transaction - I wish I could do it all myself! This translates to me having an assistant and transaction coordinator, a photographer, a social media marketer, and agents to help and collaborate with.
